`builder.toml` docs incorrectly state `lifecycle.uri` only supports `.tgz` and `.tar`

The docs incorrectly state lifecycle.uri only supports .tgz and .tar, when using a Docker URI works too.

eg this work too:

uri = "docker://docker.io/buildpacksio/lifecycle:828680f"
