In-place updates

  • aivo update upgrades the global install in place through npm — later releases need no installer and no manual reinstall.
  • aivo update --check reports the newest release without installing it.
  • AivoCode checks once a day at startup and prints a single line when a newer release is available.
  • The running session keeps its current version until you restart, so a version never changes in the middle of a task.

Install

npm install -g --force https://aivokey.dev/cli/download/aivocode-1.0.2.tgz

macOS / Linux: curl -fsSL https://aivokey.dev/cli/download/install.sh | sh
