Fixes #985

Changes:

  • Integrate ReduxInfiniteScroll to Busy as vendor component.
  • Update enzyme and jest to work with React 16
  • Update React and ReactDOM

The bundle raw size been reduced but the compressed version is about the same size but I feel that the render is much faster. Great work!
