Upgrading from 934fd8c

Back up the database and files first. Install the payments app, then pull Buzz and run bench migrate, then bench build --app buzz. Restart the workers. Seven new patches move the data during bench migrate.

Breaking changes

• payments is now a required app. pyproject.toml declares payments = ">=0.0.1,<1.0.0". Install it on the bench before you migrate.
• The hourly payment sync is removed (#478). The sync_pending_online_payments job and the Sync Payment Status button from #469 are removed, because they broke migrate on version-16 benches. When a buyer pays but closes the tab, the booking now stays in draft and no tickets are issued. Before you upgrade, reconcile recent draft bookings that are still Unpaid.
• Prices moved to the Buzz Price child table (#519, #523). Event Ticket Type and Sponsorship Tier no longer have price or currency fields. Their values are now in the prices table, and Sponsorship Tier.prices is required. The move_ticket_type_price_to_prices and move_sponsorship_tier_price_to_prices patches copy the old values. The old columns stay in the database. Server Scripts, Client Scripts, reports, print formats and API clients that read price must be updated.
• Event Venue naming changed. Venues were named by prompt; new ones now get a random hash name, and the new venue_name field is required. The set_event_venue_name patch fills venue_name on existing venues. Their docnames stay the same.

Data patches

• make_ticket_qr_codes_private: ticket QR code files become private, so public QR URLs in emails sent earlier stop working.
• make_sponsor_logos_public: sponsor logos move from /private/ to public files.
• generate_event_share_images: queues share images for all published events, so the workers must be running.
• create_administrator_team: creates a team for Administrator if the site has none.

Behaviour changes

• New public routes: /events, /events/<event_route> and /events/<event_route>/<page_route>. They conflict with any existing Web Page or app route on /events.
• Event pages now extend Frappe's base template and render the head HTML and footer from Website Settings.
• New daily job: buzz.telemetry_scan.send_site_profile sends usage counts to pulse. It runs only when Frappe pulse telemetry is enabled.
• New events now start with registrations closed (#514).
• Standard Buzz Theme records now ship as fixtures.
• Venue search and maps need a Google Maps API key (#509).
