Upgrading from v2.0.0-beta.5

Back up the database first. Pull Buzz, run bench migrate, then bench build --app buzz. Restart the workers. Two new patches run during bench migrate.

Breaking changes

• Paid tickets are now behind a per-team feature flag (#537). The new feature_paid_events check on Buzz Team Settings (Feature Flags tab) is off for every team, including existing ones. Without it, a team cannot create a paid ticket type or change a free ticket type to paid. Existing paid ticket types stay editable. Only a System Manager can turn the flag on. Turn it on for each team that sells tickets before you announce the upgrade.
• Buzz Team.is_a_community is renamed to accept_community_submissions (#553). The rename_is_a_community_field patch keeps the values. Update Server Scripts, reports and API clients that read the old field.

Data patches

• geocode_event_venues: queues a background lookup that fills the new city and venue_country fields on existing venues from OpenStreetMap Nominatim. The workers must be running, and the site needs outbound access to Nominatim.
• rename_is_a_community_field: see above.

Behaviour changes

• New public route: published teams get a page at /community/<slug> (Buzz Team is now a website generator). It conflicts with any existing Web Page or route on /community.
• Dashboard team URLs moved from /manage/teams to /manage/communities. Old links redirect.
• New doctype Community Event Request, with its own permission hooks. Communities that accept submissions get emails when an event is submitted, and submitters get emails when it is approved or rejected.
• Event Venue gets city and venue_country, filled in the background when the address or coordinates change.
• The dashboard build now also builds the public-page islands (yarn build:islands). torph is removed from the dashboard dependencies.
