Template vocabulary decoupled from schema: v18 drops the selected_template
CHECK constraints; validation derives from the pinned borgmcp-shared registry,
so all shared templates (including local-model) are creatable (#210).
README release-status truth: generated current-install pin, version history
relocated to RELEASES.md with a present-state guard (#208 slice 1).
