libmoolticute-c is a very small C library to interface with the moolticute daemon (https://github.com/mooltipass/moolticute).
The library is at a very early state. It is only possbile to connect to the local moolticute daemon. Status and parameters are updated to the library structure and it is possible to request random numbers from the daemon.
