Added

• The sidebar's first project now holds every host's Chief, one Chief workspace row per machine, with a host badge once there is more than one

Changed

• Chief left the top row: the capsule button, Cmd+J, the command center action and the Appearance setting are gone, and the sidebar project is the only entry point
• The Chief project cannot be renamed, archived, pinned, dragged, reordered, or opened from Settings → Projects
• Installing orchestration skills now asks which ones to install on the first run instead of writing the whole bundle
• Orchestration skills install to ~/.agents/skills and ~/.claude/skills only, and copies BySpace left in ~/.codex/skills are removed
• The BySpace menu opens as a floating dropdown instead of expanding in place, so the workspace list no longer moves

Fixed

• Fixed the Chief row becoming editable again in status and label grouping, from the Pinned section, and through the pin and rename shortcuts
