Learn about vigilant mode.

The action works again. Since the c3x v0.1 rewrite it downloaded a release asset name that no longer exists, so every run failed with a 404.

setup-c3x is now a thin wrapper around the action released with the CLI, c3xdev/c3x@v0, so it picks up every fix automatically. New:

  • checksum-verified install;
  • the cost change versus the base branch in the PR comment;
  • budget, budget-delta and strict gates;
  • untrusted-input mode for pull requests from forks;
  • plan JSON input.

version and path work as before. show-all-projects is accepted and ignored. The token output is kept. @v1 points to this release.
