Web Frames 1.1.12
Web Frames now remembers your choice to hide or show resolved comments across app restarts. Opening a board restores the same visibility in the Comments list and canvas pins and area outlines.
Developer ID signed and Apple notarized. Apple Silicon, macOS 15 or later.
Web Frames 1.1.11
Hide resolved comments using the filter button in the Comments header. The filter hides both list entries and their canvas pins and area outlines. Resolved comments are muted when shown; reopening restores their normal appearance.
Developer ID signed and Apple notarized. Apple Silicon, macOS 15 or later.
Web Frames 1.1.10
Fixes canvas selection intercepting floating frame controls. Drag links between frames and resize frames using the bottom or corner handles again. Dragging on empty canvas still selects frames normally.
Developer ID signed and Apple notarized. Apple Silicon, macOS 15 or later.
Web Frames 1.1.9 (14)
Web Frames 1.1.9 adds native PDF page import on macOS.
- Import through Add Frames → Image / PDF, or drop/paste PDF files onto the canvas.
- Choose all pages or ranges such as
1–3, 7; each page becomes a named image frame. - Keep page images inside the board, even after the original PDF is moved or deleted.
- Review rotated/cropped pages and visible annotations, add comments and compare references.
- Import a batch with one Undo/Redo. Cancelling discards the new batch.
Up to 50 PDF pages per operation, files up to 100 MB each. Apple Silicon, macOS 15 or later. Developer ID signed, Apple notarized and stapled.

Native iOS and Android workflow
- Capture iOS Simulator and Android Emulator screens directly, without tapflow or another account. Save a screen recipe and refresh the same frame while preserving comments, links and Undo.
- Record taps, swipes and text entry in the device preview, then review and reuse the actions.
- Refresh up to 20 screens in a mixed iOS/Android batch, with per-screen results and one Undo.
- Build and update-install Xcode or Gradle apps before recording or refreshing; local builds need separate project permission and preserve app data.
- Save test states with account labels, test values, themes, launch arguments and preparation actions. Check readiness before capture; failed preparation keeps the previous image. Backend account creation is outside this feature.
- Preview the selected frame live without saving video or replacing its stored screenshot. Selection, comment mode and window visibility control when the preview stops.
- Agents can request a saved capture or batch through
capture_simulator_frameandcapture_simulator_frames, with separate opt-in permission.
Requires local Xcode/iOS runtime or Android SDK/JDK. Setup and permissions.

Fixed
- Frame drags, resize grips and connection handles keep the coordinates of each
mouse event, so queued input cannot lose movement. - Library previews load project styles consistently when started from another
folder, and show clearer guidance for components that need server providers. - Undo and Redo of an agent screenshot update are now saved correctly.
Reopening the board keeps the image you chose, together with its comments,
original comment screenshots and links.
Added
- MCP setup walks you through client and board access, tests the connection,
and preserves existing client settings with a backup. Large MCP lists and
agent briefs now support bounded pages and continuation cursors. Reconnect
existing MCP clients after updating:list_projectsnow returns a page object
withprojectsandpagination.nextCursor, instead of a bare array. - Collect variants in a section, choose a reference from its members, and save
an agent task. References are marked on the canvas and in the sidebar; MCP
shares the pool and reference with your coding agent. Supports Undo and Redo. - Magnetic guides align dragged frames with nearby edges and centers. Hold Option
to move freely. Screenshot batches form a spaced grid and undo in one step. - Library previews render Next links and images without requiring the Next router.
- Image frames can store a screen flow (YAML or a file path) and an optional
deeplink. Choose “Edit screen flow…” in the frame toolbar to save how to
reach that screen; recipe edits support Undo and Redo. - The comments MCP shares screen recipes with your coding agent and explains
how to run the flow, capture a screenshot and update the existing frame.
