• PHPUnit error handling: The test bootstrap now forces APP_DEVELOPMENT, so database-free CI runs no longer fall through to direct_page() and fail on an undefined APP_HOSTNAME
• Prism.js fixture seeding: e2e/blogware_e2e.sql now seeds post 99901 (prismjs-fixture-post), so the Playwright suites can load the server-rendered fixture
• Exception constructors: DbException, ModelException, and ProviderException no longer overwrite their $code argument before passing it to the parent constructor, resolving PHPStan's unused-parameter findings
• Default post image asset: public/files/pictures/nophoto.jpg is now tracked, so fresh checkouts no longer return 404 for posts without a featured image
