Research Request - Update GTFS Digest with July, August, and September data

Research Question

Update the 3 GTFS Digest portfolio sites with data from July, August, and September after the GTFS Funnel has been run.

I noticed Eric is working on updating September's data before August's data. Should I wait until it's here to work on this issue? @KatrinaMKaiser

Which visualizations require the previous month's data again? I think it's possible for you to start working on it and then quickly re-run when August is available, and/or you can learn to run funnel to get August when Eric's done.

@KatrinaMKaiser The charts in the Detailed Route Section for the operator grain requires August data in the sense that it'll show July, skip August, and then go to September. I think the legislative and CT district grains can be run.
