"SCS-VA" contains the R code to reproduce the analysis (and the corresponding graphics) on the validation assay (VA).
"SCS-MS" contains the R code to reproduce the analysis (and the corresponding graphics) on the mice study (MS).
Tu run the code it is sufficient to download the entire folder(s) and run the "main.R" code located in the "./source/" folder.
