Need to fix delay between slides after update

Steps to recreate:

1. Create a new block with the "before refactor" version
2. Configure it with a little "carousselspeed" like 100 for example
3. Upgrade the plugin
4. Now on the dashboard, the carousseldaly value is set in the block's configuration but it still has default speed
