issue #10 test release for Google Sheets bug fixes

Additional fixes to correct Google Sheet integration in issue #10. Added placeholder for documenting the whole Google Sheet integration overview (e.g. how to setup credentials, how to authorize access to a spreadsheet). Renamed the cached OAuth credential to $HOME/.credentials/sheets.googleapis.com-dataset.json.
