onKeyValue should not trigger multiple calls of the value function #33

The following example causes 2 calls to baz:

var globals = new Globals();
var baz = ()=> 'baz';
globals.define('foo', 'bar');
globals.onKeyValue('foo', function(){});
globals.setKeyValue('foo', baz);
globals.getKeyValue('foo');
