How to sort by index?

How can I sort DataFrame by index? I see only sortBy methods to sort by column data, but index is out of column data.

@zihanxu3 we are already working on this since committed to work on Oct 10th. Our PR should be out in a week.
But if you still want to work on it anyways, then feel free.
