Header line affects eldoc-box at point position

I have a simple headerline for Treemacs buffer that displays Treemacs title at window center. I've enabled eldoc-box-hover-at-point-mode for all eldoc managed buffers, and noticed that the position is wrong:

Disabling headerline for Treemacs buffer fixes the bug:

Also noticed this in org src caprured buffer a while ago:

Since the headerline in org capture buffer is precisely 1 line, eldoc box is displayed 1 line lower. In Treemacs headerline has box attribute, which makes eldoc box appear lower more than 1 line.
