FIXED

• Fixed installed CLI setup and deployment by packaging a valid starter config, resolving the bundled Worker entry at runtime, reading the installed version, and keeping repository-only linting out of deploys.
• Fixed interactive CLI integration tests to run in restricted environments and report child-process failures immediately.
