agentic-ai v0.3.2 — memory plugin manifest fix

Fix

plugins/memory/.claude-plugin/plugin.json had "mcpServers": "../.mcp.json" — a string path to a non-existent file. Claude Code's plugin manifest schema requires mcpServers to be an inline object, so claude plugin install memory@agentic-ai was rejecting the manifest with:

Plugin temp_local_… has an invalid manifest file at .claude-plugin/plugin.json.

Resolution

Inlined the launch config in the form already used by the sibling prd plugin, wiring scripts/launch.sh (which handles npm install, optional Postgres bootstrap per ADR-0042, and exec node dist/index.js):

• Aligned two stale test expectations with deliberate source changes from the May 8 commits b307222 / e4f1df0:
  • min_importance default: test expected 0.35, code intentionally lowered to 0.3
  • Python indented def symbol kind: test expected "function", code intentionally emits "method" (Rust parser parity)
