v7.1.5 — shared TypeScript judge

The harness ASR judge now shares the TypeScript CLI implementation and official TypeSafe JavaScript SDK. An explicit managed invocation accepts the selected harness environment credential without requiring a separate tenant configuration. Standalone CLI credential behavior is unchanged.

Replay summaries explicitly identify reused judgments. Model output strings remain verbatim.

Validation: 2,029 tests passed, coverage and release tests passed; typecheck, lint, formatting, production audit, build, and Docusaurus build passed. This is a preview on the next npm tag; matching harness acceptance is in progress.
