v7.2.0 — Explicit Gateway administration

Adds aigateway admin-guardrails for explicit organisation policy CRUD, bounded pagination and MCP mapping management. Uses registry-published SDK 0.34.0. Workspace guardrails, deployed user/service key routes, management OAuth and the Harness Jev credential handoff are preserved.

Validation: 2,041 tests passed; source and built CLI/SDK HTTP integration checks passed; typecheck, lint, format, release-helper tests, production dependency audit and Docusaurus build passed. Read-only live admin listing succeeded. Admin mutations are specification-tested, not live mutation-tested; full specification coverage is not claimed.

Published to next for the coordinated Mac Harness preview. Stable standalone CLI and stable Harness channels are not promoted by this release.
