Interesting ref: https://github.com/treebeardtech/nbmake , which allows to assert correct execution of a Python Notebook as if it was a pytest test.

Steps:

create an Alpine Docker container image, with available:
- MEDCoupling (with its dependencies)
- pytest
- nbmake
- jupyter
push image to an image repository (on GitHub ?) see this ref
configure GitHub actions by creating a GitHub workflow file
