Calculate the square size from proofs

After implementing the `DAVerifier` https://github.com/celestiaorg/quantum-gravity-bridge/commit/907f7bfbeb9640a0558a3696387bc0bfab110d19, we should add to it the ability to calculate the square size from row/column proofs, and probably other ways too like the share proof
