@yuriw The changelog is missing some PRs, e.g. "rbd: don't default empty pool name unless namespace is specified" or "librbd: bail from schedule_request_lock() if already lock owner". Please regenerate it.

Squashed the changelog regeneration commit and added an RBD note.

@yuriw I think you would need to regenerate the changelog again though, once #47236 merges. And we are going to need a release note for it, probably just copied from v17.2.2 or v16.2.10.
