Highlights

gh module — read-only github tool

• ONE tool over the gh CLI (oh-my-pi surface port): repo_view, file_read, pr_view, pr_diff, five search_* flavors (issues/prs/code/commits/repos with repo:/org:/user: scoping + since/until), run_watch (JSON poller, failed-job log tails, gh.runWatchTimeoutSecs default 600s)
• Zero npm deps — node:child_process, non-interactive env, 5-min deadline, 8-MB output cap; fails open on a missing gh binary
• Mutating flows deliberately deferred to bash gh — plan-mode auto-allow stays valid

Read path selectors (repair)

• read now accepts OMP-style suffixes: :50, :50-200, :50+150, :50-, :-60, multi-ranges (:5-16,960-973, :19,59), :raw, :conflicts
• Literal-path-wins resolution (OMP #4618); in-memory slicing with [lines … of N] headers

think scratchpad (steering)

• OMP-parity private scratchpad — opt-in steering.thinkTool (default off); renders as one dim · think (N chars) marker
• Planning notes stay out of the visible transcript but remain in context for later rounds
• OMP's externalThinking reasoning-suppression NOT ported (provider abuse flag; pi thinking levels are the off-switch)

web_a11y — rendered-page accessibility audit (web, 12th tool)

• axe-core 4.13 vendored unmodified (MPL-2.0, zero new deps) into local headless Chrome over the existing CDP lifecycle
• OMP-format reports: impact / rule / helpUrl / node targets / … and N more; tags/rules/selector/include_incomplete params
• The runtime complement to ux_audit's static CSS checks — run both before declaring a screen done
