• 60b8672 Thanks @cevr! - okra skills records local sources under $HOME as local:~/path and expands ~ on update, so one skill lock works across machines. okra skills update now reports a missing local source as a failure instead of deleting the installed skill and its lock entry.

• 62f2071 Thanks @cevr! - okra skills update --dry-run checks every skill against its source without writing skill files or the lock. It prints the outdated skill names on stdout, one per line, for scripts.
