This PR includes the Vivado changes @NickShaffner included to resolve the path issues on various platforms.
This also includes changes to the vendor primitives, the
verilog_codeneeds to be attached to a block before it is instantiated. This is true for the myhdl 1.0 changes, previously was not required.
