Package Helm Chart

There is a new Helm Chart source code in the repository, we want to enable automation to package it and store it in OCI.

We could

• After a release Job, create a pull-request with an update in the appVersion

  chainloop/deployment/chainloop/Chart.yaml

  Line 7 in 87a337b

  appVersion: "v0.8.96"

• Once merged we can run a Helm Package job
