The current
maketarget for theCLIdoesn't work properly in all cases since it can not parse arguments with special characters such as the colon in a digest i.emake run -- artifact download -d sha256:deadbeefThat's why for now, until we figure out a better alternative, it's best to document and rely on
go run.This patch also documents how to configure the CLI to point to the local server side components.
