This patch adds additional information to the index for entries that represent an attestation.
This information includes both annotations and workflow name information.
Important to note that this information is mostly informative and in order to make it suitable for controls with maximum trust we'll need to additionally add a verification on the attestation itself, so make sure that this exposed data is indeed the same.
