Disable autoplay by default in ckeditor audio upload

In Ckeditor audio upload feature, autoplay is enabled by default, which triggers an issue in questions lists if not unselected. Disable by default to avoid a frustrating experience for teachers

This is likely to be located in main/inc/lib/javascript/ckeditor/plugins/oembed/libs/jquery.oembed.min.js... or maybe in vendor/essence/essence/, but I don't think so.
