Horizontal bar chart how to add start value

I would like to know if i can modify the start value in horizontal bar chart.

Here i want the y-axis label 4 to start from 1 in the x-axis to 2 in the x-axis. The y-axis label 6 to start from 3 in the x-axis to 7 in the x-axis.

I would like to know if it is possible.

In the dataset i pass data in an array, similar way is there an option pass the start value

@etimberg I will be able to do so for the first case. How can do for the second case. Because all are in same chart.

Can I pass that many options?

In my chart some data may be hanging that is they wont start from the y-axis.

I am trying to achieve something like this but no dual colors just that not all my bars will start from the y-axis. The below image is just for example on how i want to plot the chart
