Add chatup glance: verified maintained Glance release setup with hash/BUILDINFO provenance checks, non-destructive exact reuse, ChatArch-contained paths, dry-run and typed-environment-aware native start command. Currently supports the maintained Linux amd64 release matrix. Includes exact public PyPI wheel and source distribution.
