perf: batch op CLI calls and cache status to reduce macOS TCC prompts

- Add getAllFields() batch method to OnePasswordBackend (one item list + N item gets instead of per-provider queries)
- Add 60s server-side status cache to avoid re-querying op on page refresh
- Invalidate cache on store/push operations
- Bump @shipkey/core to 0.2.1, shipkey to 0.3.3
