HttpRepeater v1.1.0
HttpRepeater v1.1.0
Released 2026-10-29
Highlights
- AI assistant — chat about the current raw request, ask for edits or payloads, and apply the
generated HTTP request back to the editor with one click. Built on the official OpenAI Go SDK v3,
with Chat Completions / Responses support and configurable base URL, API key, model, reasoning
effort and system prompt. Requests are never sent automatically. - Persistent settings — language, theme, default proxy and LLM configuration are stored in
~/.httpRepeater/setting.json(mode 0600). Open the new settings dialog from the gear in the
title bar. - Response search — case-insensitive keyword search over Pretty / Raw responses, with all
matches highlighted, ann/mcounter and previous/next navigation. - Cancellable sends — while a request is in flight, Send turns into Cancel; the socket is closed
and the attempt is recorded as cancelled in history. - Right-click tools — copy URL (scheme + host + path + query), copy as curl (POSIX on
macOS/Linux, cmd-escaped on Windows), and Burp-style GET↔POST method conversion. - Windows cmd curl import — Chrome / Edge "Copy as cURL (cmd)" is now parsed correctly
(^"quoting,^continuations,^escapes andcurl.exe). - Docs refreshed — Chinese and English guides and screenshots updated for the new UI.
Notes
- Building from source now requires Go 1.26+ (OpenAI Go SDK v3).
- macOS universal and Windows amd64 archives are attached below.

Assets
- macOS universal (
macos-universal.zip) — Intel and Apple Silicon - Windows amd64 (
windows-amd64.zip) - Linux: build from source (see the README); a Linux archive is not included in this release.
Install notes
- macOS: unzip, then open
httpRepeater.app. The app is unsigned; if Gatekeeper blocks it,
right-click the app and choose Open, or allow it in System Settings → Privacy & Security. - Windows: unzip and run
httpRepeater.exe. The binary is unsigned, so SmartScreen may warn.
Notes
- Tabs, history and proxy settings are in-memory only; closing the app clears them.
- TLS certificate verification is disabled, so self-signed test targets work. Use only against
systems you own or have explicit permission to test. - This release focuses on the Repeater loop. It does not include an intercepting proxy, scanner,
Intruder, persistence, LLM features, scripting hooks or report export.
