Changelog:

• Samsung has changed things on the server side. FUS now requires the IMEI (on devices with a modem) or serial number to download firmware. It seems that downloads are restricted to model numbers and firmware versions that match the specified IMEI/serial number and the device's original CSC. Also, it's necessary to reverse engineer the new fixed key and flexible key suffix since signatures signed by the old keys are no longer accepted by FUS.

  EDIT: For now, certain fake IMEI/serial numbers like 12345678901234 and 00000000000000 allow downloading arbitrary files, but this probably won't work forever. (zacharee/Bifrost#116)
