• Chocolatey CLI is incorrectly reporting bad permissions on the HttpCache folder and is not setting them correctly.

• upgrade --version installs a different target version after dependency resolution retry.

• Fix recursive ChocolateySourceCacheContext.Dispose causing StackOverflowException.
