Fixes and additions from your reports:

• Heat haze above fire shows in both eyes. It was drawn for the left eye
  only: the game frees the haze particles right after drawing them, so the
  right eye had none left. The mod now keeps them until the right eye has
  drawn them too.
• Controller buttons page for Index, Vive, Windows Mixed Reality, Pico and
  other non-Quest controllers: VR Settings → Controller buttons. Pick Left or
  Right, select a button (A / X, B / Y, Grip, Stick click or Stick), confirm,
  then within 5 seconds press the button that should do this job (for Stick,
  push the stick or pad forward). It is saved for that controller model only,
  in ds2vr-controllers.ini. Reset this controller goes back to the default.
• The log now contains every settings file (ds2stereo.ini, ds2vr-settings.ini,
  calibration files, the game's settings.txt…). For a bug report, sending
  ds2stereo.log is enough.
