Features

• Rate limit handling. Requests that get a 429 now wait and retry instead of failing right away. They use Retry-After or the board's rate limit reset headers when it sends them, and back off otherwise. A throttled board is paused for every request to it, not just the one that hit the limit. A board that asks for more than 30s still fails with its 429.

Fixes

• Workday boards no longer list stub postings that only carry a requisition id. They had no title or page to fetch, so they came back as broken jobs (e.g. Autodesk).
• Webflow now resolves to its Ashby board. It moved off Greenhouse, so it was returning no jobs.
• MintMCP is renamed to "Mintive" and points at the Ashby mintive board, since the company rebranded.
• Removed Hyperspell from the seeded companies because its Ashby board no longer exists.
