Updating from 0.2.x? Cleaner is now signed with Developer ID, so macOS treats it as a new signature once: turn Cleaner on again in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Full Disk Access, and approve its helper in Login Items if asked. From here on, updates keep the permission.
