Remove fields_to_replace.json from tracking and put sample in README.md #10
Description
I would like to stop tracking fields_to_replace.json as it is unnecessary. I would also like the README to be enhanced to give a sample of the contents of a fields_to_replace.json file and any necessary explanation.
