Download and install R (free!). Any of the links on that page should be fine to use.

Download and install RStudio (free!). This is an application that will enable you to create your R code and run it.

Download the "Running Starts" files by clicking on the green "Clone or download button" on this page and clicking the "Download ZIP" option. Remember where you save the folder so you can use it!

Open RStudio and get to work!
