Kernel 0.5.0

You brief Kernel itself now, and a chat with Kernel can hand work to teammates or build it in place, with its own reviewed pull requests. Switching accounts tells you which long chats would re-read their history and what that costs, and lets you keep them where they are or move them with a summary. New chat is a page with the same message box as a chat. Turns fold their steps into one line, and Settings has fewer, clearer pages. Rooms can pin read-only reference folders, @ lists folders and teammates, and Kernel has a new icon.

• Settings, a room, Setup and scripts offers a script Kernel found in the repo under an empty Setup or Archive row, with a Use button. (#654)
