The airborne transmission of viruses causes tight transmission bottlenecks

Code for studying transmission bottlenecks in respiratory viral infection. The code generates simulated exposure values for individuals in a specified environment following emissions from an infected person via coughing or speaking. Further code allows for the simulation of transmission bottleneck sizes based upon simulated exposure values.
