Ignore the branch name.

I added a settings file, and a setting 'OPEN_CLIPBOARD_CONTENTS' that dictates whether or not to paste to the tmpfile before opening it.

I don't have a linux installation to test out the xclip part, but according to the man page, that should work.

Very usefull, it was the first thing I was looking for with this great little utility

Nice addition. I did the same before realising that you had already implemented it (hence my pull request too). Though, mine is only for Linux, so together it probably covers both cases. It looks like your xclip line should work.
