Windows arm64 support: the bundled binaries are now dual-architecture — assets/windows/ is restructured into amd64/ and arm64/ subdirectories, each containing sing-box.exe / libcronet.dll / clash_sing_helper.exe (core version stays 1.14.1; both architectures are taken from the official sing-box release zips)
init() now detects the machine's native architecture (via GetNativeSystemInfo) and extracts only the matching set: on arm64 devices (e.g. Snapdragon laptops) the app UI keeps running under Windows' built-in x64 emulation while the core and the helper service run natively as arm64 — no app-side or CI changes required; on amd64 machines behavior is unchanged (extracted file names stay the same, upgrades go through the existing sha256 + rename-fallback path)
