add: add Bulgarian (bg-BG) localization

Description

Added new Bulgarian language localization (bg-BG) to packages/localizations/src:

• added bg-BG.ts file containing accurate translations that are contextually accurate as opposed to always being word-for-word.
• added export for localization in packages/localizations/src/index.ts;
