Walkthrough

Adds a utility to compute pricing-footer visibility/notice, integrates it into PricingTableDefault (uses organization context), adds unit tests for footer logic, and includes a changeset that hides the CTA/footer for <PricingTable forOrganization/> when no active organization is selected.

Changes

Cohort / File(s) Summary of changes
PricingTable integration
packages/clerk-js/src/ui/components/PricingTable/PricingTableDefault.tsx
Imports useOrganization and getPricingFooterState. Replaces inline footer logic with getPricingFooterState(...), derives hasActiveOrganization from useOrganization(), simplifies badge rendering to check subscription directly, and removes local footer/row state.
Footer state utility
packages/clerk-js/src/ui/components/PricingTable/utils/pricing-footer-state.ts
Adds getPricingFooterState(params) implementing centralized logic to determine { shouldShowFooter, shouldShowFooterNotice } based on subscription, plan, planPeriod, organization context, and edge cases (trial, upcoming, canceled, past_due, period switches).
Footer state tests
packages/clerk-js/src/ui/components/PricingTable/utils/pricing-footer-state.spec.ts
Adds comprehensive unit tests covering organization/no-active-org, no-subscription, upcoming, active canceled, trial, period-switch scenarios, free/paid edge cases, and past_due.
Changeset
.changeset/sweet-humans-poke.md
Adds a changeset entry noting a patch for @clerk/clerk-js and that the CTA/footer is hidden for <PricingTable forOrganization/> when no active organization is selected.

Nice work exercising the new organization branch alongside the existing subscription states. This suite guards the CTA logic against regressions and documents the expected behavior clearly.

17-19: Rename tuple state constants to camelCase.

These helper tuples are plain variables, so they should follow the project’s camelCase convention to stay aligned with our TypeScript/JS naming guidelines. As per coding guidelines.

-  const show_with_notice: [boolean, boolean] = [true, true];
-  const show_without_notice: [boolean, boolean] = [true, false];
-  const hide: [boolean, boolean] = [false, false];
+  const showWithNotice: [boolean, boolean] = [true, true];
