Fixed

  • Use the zstd 0.13 dependency line so applications that also depend on the Pulsar 6.9 client can resolve one zstd / zstd-safe pair. Zstd compression remains enabled; codec implementation and bounded decoding are unchanged.
  • Refresh the lockfile from the yanked yoke-derive 0.8.3 to 0.8.4.

  • Raise the rustls floor to 0.23.46, fixing RUSTSEC-2026-0346, RUSTSEC-2026-0347, RUSTSEC-2026-0348, and RUSTSEC-2026-0349.
